Below I have listed the most common questions we are asked. Many of the answers incorporate videos showing you through the system. Have a look at these first and if you still have issues please feel free to contact us directly.

 

How often is information updated on this site?

Information on this site is updated multiple times each month. There is also a forum which is monitored daily.

Will I be notified when new Information is posted?

Each time new information is updated on the website, an email will be sent out to you. This is usually limited to a maximum of one email per week.

I have forgotten my password – How do I retrieve it?

If you need to retrieve your password you can do it by clicking on the "Lost Your Password" link underneath the login panel. This video takes you through the login process and through the procedure for recovering your password.

I have received an email saying my credit Card is about to expire – How do I update it?

To update your credit card details you need to go to the ACCOUNT  page. Here is a video which takes you through all the steps:

I would like to cancel my membership – How do I go about doing that?

You can cancel your membership inside the ACCOUNT page. This video shows you through an overview of the ACCOUNT page and specifically tells you how to cancel your membership.

My email has changed – How do I change it?

You will need to log a ticket with our support department. You can do that here.

The system won’t let me log in – What next?

First I would look through the video on how to retrieve your password. You can see that above. If you still have trouble please contact our support desk by clicking here.

How do I change the credit card that I use for my membership?

You can change your credit card via the accounts page. Have a look at the "Credit Card is about to Expire" video in one of the questions above.
