Setting Up Your Website Hosting

Setting up a webpage requires us to have a hosting account. I personally use Kiosk. You are free to use any but remember to set your DNS to point to the name servers of the company you are using for hosting.

Depending on the type of hosting account you have, will dictate what steps you need to create your account. There are two choices. The type of account I have allows me to create an individual cPanel account for each domain. This type of account is usually more expensive but it allows you to keep all your domains separated and easy to work on. Each domain has its own server allocation for space and monthly bandwidth.

The other type of account is normally less expensive but it just gives you just the one cPanel for all your domains. Your first domain is setup as usual but .....

Adding Email To Your Domain via cPanel

Creating a Self Hosted WordPress Blog

Blogging is one of those things that Google really loves. That and videos. When people talk about Search Engine Optimization or SEO for short the two things that top the lists are Blogs and Videos (preferably ones hosted on YouTube). By the way Google owns YouTube so it stands to reason that they would like it.
