Collecting and Consolidating Your Mail with Google Mail (GMail)

I know a number of you are now starting to build a number of websites. One of the problems that arises is the issue of how to monitor all those associated mailboxes. It can be a real pain having to go through each of them one by one. In an ideal world all your mail would go to the one spot where you can deal with it at the one time.

There is a feature within Google Mail which will allow you to do exactly that. It will collect your mail from external POP3 mailboxes. You can even tag each email with the name of the domain that it came from. In addition when you send emails you can choose who you want to send as.

Fire Up Your Productivity - Turn Off Outlook Email Notifications

As a busy Internet Marketer, one thing we have very little off is time.

Email must be one of the biggest time wasters known to mankind (along with television). A strategy which I learnt from reading the "4-Hour Work Week" by Timothy Ferris is to limit the number of times that you check your email.

I know for many of you this is much easier said than done especially when Outlook keeps popping up and telling you that you have new mail. What I recommend is that you only check your email twice a day, once at 11am and once at 4:30pm. Another thing I recommend is that you turn off email notifications. This will stop you from being tempted to stop work and open that new message immediately.

Adding Email To Your Domain via cPanel
